Mr. Collins began his surveying career in September of 1964, received his Louisiana license in July of 1978, and currently holds licenses in Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama. He specializes in historical boundary retracement and boundary conflict resolution. He has been involved in many boundary dispute cases, including a historical case against the United States Government in which his expertise and testimony was a key component to resolving a long standing dispute. Decades of historical retracement surveying has given him the ability to serve as an asset to any boundary dispute.

Mr. Evans is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Louisiana. He has been surveying for over 20 years and possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge in all areas of surveying. He is proficient at construction, boundary, pipeline, subdivision layouts and oil and gas surveying. He serves as our project manager as well as our Chief of Crews.
